Under Dart’s training, I lost 30 pounds, increased my lean muscle mass and qualified at the US National Age Group Championships for Triathlon. He has an extensive knowledge of nutrition and knows how to customize a training program to meet individual needs. Dart Stamps has been my trainer for approximately 4 years. In this time, I have worked out with Dart at both public and private gyms for 1-2 days a week on average.
Every session with Dart is a little different and incorporates a workout to improve conditioning, balance, strength and endurance. My workout goals have evolved over the years and Dart has always been a step ahead to ensure that we meet those goals. Dart is always ready with a routine in advance but will modify it on a moment’s notice to accommodate anything I want to focus on.
I rely heavily on Dart’s broad base of knowledge, keen eye, and routines to make sure I don’t neglect or overuse any muscle groups; in 4 years, I have never sustained an injury working out with Dart or been pushed to a level I couldn’t handle. I am, however, routinely pushed to a level that would be extremely difficult to attain on my own at a gym or in a class.
Dart is always professional, patient, motivating, and brings the positive energy to each session. I would recommend his services highly to athletes at any level (or desk jockey’s) who want to take their workouts to another level, or who just want to stay in shape.
